All eligible orders are covered by our 30-day return policy for your peace of mind. At Urban Nesti, we stand behind the quality of our affordable premium furniture, designed to elevate the way you live and work.

 

Exchanges 

• You may exchange any eligible product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in as-new condition (undamaged, odor-free, unmodified) with all original packaging, parts, hardware, and accessories.
• If the new item costs less, we refund the difference. If it costs more, you simply pay the difference.

• A pickup/redelivery fee applies – contact us for a precise quote.

• Non-exchangeable: Clearance/final-sale items.

 

Returns

• You may return any eligible product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in as-new condition (undamaged, odor-free, unmodified) with all original packaging, parts, hardware, and accessories.

• Return shipping/pick up fees apply – email us for an accurate quote.

• After inspection and confirmation of condition, we issue a refund less any applicable outbound and return shipping fees to the original payment method.

• Typical timing: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• Non-returnable: Clearance/final-sale items.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking and repacking fee of the order value. 

 

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Report within 48 hours with photos/video of the issue and outer packaging/shipping label. We’ll arrange parts, repair, or replacement based on the assessment.
