How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue, please contact us at support@urbannesti.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue (including packaging, if applicable)

If it’s determined to be a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide replacement parts, repairs, or a product replacement.

Terms & Exclusions

• Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Coverage is valid for normal residential use only.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or commercial use.
• Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling, fading, stains, or natural variations in texture, grain, or color is not considered a defect.
• Hardware warranties require proof of the original purchase.
